Second Nature Cascades Training
We are currently recruiting energetic and enthusiastic Field Instructors for our upcoming training session. If you have ever been interested in working with adolescents in a beautiful wilderness setting, this can be the place for you. Our Field Instructors enjoy one of the most challenging and rewarding careers on the planet. We offer competitive wages and full benefits, including paid vacation, health insurance and 401k plans after one year.
Come join us in making a difference in the lives of troubled teens from around the country! We are looking for people who are hard workers, good communicators, have empathy, are willing to be authentic, enjoy living and working outside and who love to learn and teach. If this sounds like you, please talk with us.
Our Field Instructors work a schedule of 8 days on, 6 days off year round, rain or shine (or snow, or hail, or lightning, etc.) On your days off, you can enjoy the wonders of living in Bend, Oregon or surrounding towns - all are home to beautiful rivers, forests, deserts, and mountains.
Next Training: October 13-19, 2011
