Insurance & Tax Assistance

Second Nature can provide you with the necessary information you may need to seek possible reimbursement for a portion of the therapy sessions and any psychological testing that is administered during the program.  As Insurance companies will not cover the entire cost of the program, we can prepare claims for you at the time of discharge to try to help you recover as much as possible under the terms of your insurance policy. We can also start a pre-authorization for these services, if required by your insurance company.

Second Nature can also assist you with various medical insurance needs. These services include the preparation of claims, pre-authorizations or notifications, and any other insurance questions you may have.

In addition, some of the services provided at Second Nature may qualify as a medical tax deduction, for which we can provide an itemization. Please contact your Admissions Counselor and they will direct you to our insurance/tax specialist.
